Business Visa – Norway

Hassle-free visa processing for your travel needs.

Overview

The Business Visa is intended for individuals who are travelling to Norway for professional reasons, such as attending meetings, negotiating contracts, conducting training, or participating in work-related events. Each applicant, including children and infants, must submit their application in person by booking an online appointment. All applications must be complete and include the required documentation.

An invitation letter from a registered business or company in Norway is mandatory. Without this, applicants must apply under the Tourist Visa category.

Eligibility

To apply for a Norway Business Visa, the applicant must:

  • Hold a valid passport or travel document.
  • Hold valid UK Residency.
  • Apply for a short-stay visa specifically for business-related purposes.

Processing Time

  • Applications can be submitted up to 6 months before the intended date of travel.
  • It is strongly advised to apply at least 4 weeks prior to travel.
  • The minimum processing time is 15 calendar days from the date the application reaches the Embassy in London.
  • If applying from Manchester or Edinburgh, allow an additional 3 working days for courier delivery.
  • Submitting an application fewer than 15 days before travel without a valid emergency may lead to rejection.
  • High-demand periods such as Easter, July–August, and Christmas may limit appointment availability and extend processing times.
  • Incomplete applications or those requiring additional documents or interviews may face further delays.

Your Visa, Our Priority – With our express appointment scheduling and expert guidance, your visa process is handled with ease.
